Still Life with Reindeer

The floor in the boys room has held up remarkably well. In the first room that I refinished the flooring in upstairs, I used sealant purchased at the local big box home improvement store. When I did the next room, I was concerned that because it was a high traffic, small boy room it might need something heavier duty. The guy at the specialty paint place convinced me to go with something he said they use in bowling allies that was almost sixty bucks a gallon and took over a week to set up. It turns out it was well worth it and looks brand new today, whereas the other room's floor looks more scuffed and dented. If you ever do a project like this, spend the extra dough.
